On this website we use PAYPAL as our shopping cart provider. This way your credit/debit card details are kept secure.
Alternatively you can
contact Dancing Anvils Forge where we are able to accept credit / debit card payments over the phone or we also accept cheques, although items are only sent out after the cheque has been cleared five working days.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event of a product not being available at the time
of your order, we will always contact you by e-mail to advise you of
the situation and provide you with the option of cancelling your order.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders the Next Working Day of receipt of your order.
Delivery
Most items are sent with Royal Mail, but for larger or heavier items a courier (such as TNT) will be used. Delivery is to Mainland UK only and
does not include Highlands and Islands. We can deliver outside Mainland
UK but there will be an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
All goods will need to
be signed for. Please
inspect your purchase for damage prior to signing and accepting
delivery. If there is any sign of damage you must state this on the
drivers delivery note before signing for the item.
Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order by writing to us by post or email within
7 working days of receipt of the goods by you. You must then return the
goods to us within 14 days at your expense in an undamaged, unused and
unopened condition. We will refund the cost of your order subject to
deduction of our delivery charge and a nominal handling charge of
£30.00 (for larger items). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
Please contact us within 7 days if you receive faulty products. You
are entitled to a full refund should you wish or alternatively we will
arrange an exchange. In the event of goods needing to be returned, the
return will only be valid if authorised by Dancing Anvils Forge
and if returned in appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all
packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods
need to be returned. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
All faulty or damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified to us by email within 7 days of receipt.
Complaints Procedure
While we aim to avoid complaints by providing a quality service, we
recognise that an essential part of any quality service is the
provision of an effective complaints procedure. Any complaints should
be forwarded by email to us.
We will endeavour to respond within five working days, with the
intention of resolving all complaints fairly, confidentially,
effectively and speedily.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms and conditions of Dancing Anvils Forge.
All contracts are subject to English law.
