Easy to use, just top up with sound suppression material (provided) through the filler hole in the top of stump, lift anvil onto top of stump, wrap chain around anvil and tighten chain down with the securing bolts.
Once tight the anvil and stump are ready to use, reducing anvil sounds without deadening the anvil whilst looking stylish and compact.
